Our Team
Shea Lowery, MS, LPC, LPCC
As a therapist, I have deep commitment to the transformative power of the human psyche. I offer a unique therapeutic approach that integrates the wisdom of Carl Jung’s analytical psychology with the powerful, evidence-based technique of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). With over 9 years of experience, I specialize in guiding individuals through their inner landscapes, helping them uncover and integrate the unconscious patterns and archetypes that influence their lives.
My practice is rooted in the belief that within each of us lies the potential for profound growth and healing. By exploring the rich symbolism of dreams, active imagination, and the deep-seated narratives that shape your life, I work with you to bring these elements into conscious awareness. Together, we unravel the complexities of your psyche, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your life’s purpose.
In conjunction with Jungian methods, I utilize EMDR to help clients process and resolve traumatic memories and distressing life experiences. This integrative approach not only addresses the psychological symptoms of trauma but also facilitates the individuation process—Carl Jung’s term for personal growth and self-realization. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or seeking deeper meaning in your life, my goal is to provide a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where your inner journey can unfold.
I offer individual therapy sessions online, and am licensed to practice in New Jersey, Oregon, and California.
